Anyone who knows me well (or even just a little bit) knows that I am all about loving the earth and supporting local stores when I can. So I have to share this really awesome thing that my cousin Kari is doing... she and a friend of hers have started a business that sells decorated paint cans that can be used for a multitude of ideas.
The cans are clean and unused and they decorate them for many different occasions. My favorite idea so far is to give one to a new mom with a stuffed animal inside, which the new mom can then use as a baby time capsule to hold those tiny booties and hospital bracelets and other baby trinkets. They also do custom work and they are so cute!
So if you have an opportunity to visit their website, please do so!
